A free account starts with 5 credits. It refills by 1 credit a day while the balance is below 5; daily credits do not accumulate beyond that cap. No credit card is required.
A YouTube video up to 2 hours uses 1 credit, including its first AI summary. Videos longer than 2 hours use 2 credits, with a 4-hour maximum. Cached transcripts cost no credits.
Unused plan credits roll over while subscribed, capped at twice your monthly allowance. Plan credits lapse 30 days after your subscription ends.
Yes. API and MCP access is available on every plan. Free and Plus allow 10 requests per minute, Pro allows 50, and Scale allows 300. Separate API summary requests use 1 credit.
