By accessing or using EasyTranscriber, including our website, API, and browser extension (collectively, "the Service"), you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.
EasyTranscriber provides AI-powered YouTube transcription and summarization through our website, API, and browser extension. You may use the Service for lawful purposes only. You are responsible for ensuring that your use complies with all applicable laws and regulations, including copyright laws and YouTube's Terms of Service.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and API keys, and for all activity that occurs under your account. Do not share your API key with others. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. We reserve the right to revoke API keys that are found to be shared or misused.
The EasyTranscriber browser extension is provided as a convenience to access the Service directly from YouTube. Use of the extension is subject to these terms. The extension requires a valid API key to function. You agree not to modify, reverse-engineer, or redistribute the extension outside of official distribution channels (Chrome Web Store).
Certain features of the Service require credits. Credits are non-refundable and non-transferable. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time, but changes will not affect credits already purchased. Free trial credits are provided at our discretion and may be limited or discontinued at any time.
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by EasyTranscriber. Transcriptions are generated from publicly available YouTube captions; we make no claim of ownership over the source material. AI-generated summaries are provided for your personal use.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Transcription accuracy depends on the availability and quality of YouTube captions. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to the Service is limited to the lesser of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) €250.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these terms or is harmful to other users or the Service. Upon termination, your API keys will be revoked and any unused credits will be forfeited.
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Belgium. Any disputes arising from these terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Belgium.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
